Who is this for?

This program is for open minded individuals in their 30's to 60's, who will find freeing and sustainable weight loss by following a few simple steps.

What are the steps?

We will take strides to meet your individual health goals over the course of a six month program involving 60-minute meetings (remote or in-person) every other week (12 total meetings).
